The Journey So Far
ATE had a modest beginning. In 1987, Mr. Asit Sinha,
who was then the Regional Sales Manager at the very well known Advani
Oerlikon Ltd. (now known as Ador Welding Ltd.) laid the foundation stone
of ATE Engineering Enterprises. The company under his rare insight,
intelligence and humility attained many milestones of success, with
vendor registrations from reputed companies like Tata Motors Ltd.,
Thermax Ltd., Bharat Earth Movers Ltd., Bhabha Atomic Research and many
others.
Around this time, only son to Mrs. Saras and Mr. Asit Sinha, Mr. Akshat Sinha
joined ATE after graduating as a Mechanical Engineer from the
prestigious University of Pune. Mr. Akshat spent 4 years in working at
grass root level understanding basic concepts related to processes,
product, manufacturing technology, clients, client satisfaction,
product, product engineering, lifecycle projections, sustainable growth,
growth pattern and much more.
Eventually,
the company attained unprecedented heights of business success and
became a Private Limited company. Mr. Akshat went on to post graduate
with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the world
renowned Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning. The company also tied
up with several top notch companies of the world, gaining a firmer
foothold in the welding business.
Today,
ATE boast of an enviable business presence in almost all sectors of the
fabrication industry, including Pre Engineered Buildings, Pressure
Vessels Manufacturing, Bus Body Building, Nuclear Power, Power Sector,
Earth Moving Equipment, Construction Equipment, Wheels Manufacturing,
Axle Manufacturing, Automotive Sector, Ship Building, Material Handling
and more.

Robotic Solutions
Robot
welding a process wherein one employs mechanized programmable tools
(robots), to completely automate a welding process by both performing
the weld and handling the part. Processes such as gas metal arc welding,
while often automated, are not necessarily equivalent to robot welding,
since in these processes there is often the intervention of a human
operator who prepares the materials to be welded. Robot welding
generally finds usage in resistance spot welding and arc welding in high
production applications, such as the automotive industry. This arm is
now extended to multiple applications from high productive environments
to limited narrow gap pressure vessel applications combined with vision
graphic systems. The technology of signature image processing has also
been developed since the late 1990s for analyzing electrical data in
real time collected from automated, robotic welding, which enables the
optimization of welds. Today, ATE Welding Engineering Robotics and
Automation Pvt. Ltd. empowered with the professional service and
assistance of a highly seasoned team is capable of effortlessly
executing the most advanced automation, the most complex and the highest
scale of applications.
